Straight rate service includes complimentary ice, water, soft drinks, glassware for groups over age 21, and napkins. For special rates and packages, click here. If your point of origin is in Winfield or Arkansas City, your time starts when we pick you up or at the departure time indicated on your reservation, whichever is first. Outside these cities, your time starts when the Limousine leaves Strother Field airport and ends when the car returns there. As a courtesy, a grace period of 10 minutes after each half hour increment will be allowed prior to charging the next half hour increment. Gratuities are to be handled directly with your Chauffer. Tips are a function of the level of service provided, and we feel that included tips are not fair to our customers. The State of Kansas does not tax transportation. We do not charge an 'administrative fee' or equivalent of a tax for our services. Nor do we charge any additional surcharges such as fuel, administrative or licensing fees. You are, however, responsible for any additional fees incurred outside of B Four Limousine's control including, but not limited to, parking, tolls or any other additional costs or special services that you may request. Bookings should be made at least 24 hours in advance, with half the expected total paid via cash or credit card unless prior arrangements have been made.
